shady rest mhp/rv park is located in the North end of Sebastian with 40 RV spaces measuring 50x80 feet in size for all RV spaces  or better to allow you plenty of privacy .  Plenty of room for enjoying the thought of walking during the evening or biking the sreets of shady rest where the residents are always enjoyable and talkative.  If you desire to walk the inter-coastal then it is only 2 to 3 blocks away.  All spaces have 20, 30 and 50 AMP service available.  we also have city sewer and city water at each lot.  Medical services are abundant in this area. You can walk to wal-mart, hospital,drug stores, grocery, and doctors. Catholic church next door.  You may lounge at our large swimming pool, take a stroll on our paved streets that are also well lit for evening walks, spend a little time in our game room playing cards, pool or just reading at the library whille waiting for your laundry to wash or dry.  WiFi is available at our gameroom or the clubhouse.  We have shuffleboard, horseshoes.  Card games and other games are played at the club house at least one night a week and poker games in the gameroom at least twice a week or more.  This is simply campers haven for those with at least one person over 55 and the other at least adult age.
